For any apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, your license is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs the usage of each app provided through the App Store. By using our apps on iOS, you agree to comply with both these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.
MilitaryGradeApps grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our apps on devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules. You may not distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify our apps without prior authorization. Violation of this license may result in the termination of access to our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please notify us immediately at militarygradeapps@gmail.com.
MilitaryGradeApps may collect technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals. This data is collected to facilitate software updates, product support, and other services related to the app, and may be used to improve our products and services. By using our apps, you consent to this data collection as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MilitaryGradeApps provides its apps "as is" and "as available" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. MilitaryGradeApps disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall MilitaryGradeApps be liable for any personal injury or incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our apps, however caused.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our apps and services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use our apps and services will cease immediately.
